How quickly will my carpet dry?
Typically In 2 - 3 hours your carpet is completely dry. Upon completion of your steam cleaning over 90% of the moisture will already have been removed, so go ahead and walk on it! Just be cautious when walking from carpet to a hard surface.
How long does the cleaning take?
We assign 2 hour time slots for most cleaning appointments . In this time we have typically completed all scheduled and additional cleaning
Does steam cleaning guarantee removal of all spots, stains and odors?
Steam cleaning will remove dirt, allergens, most spots and most stains and odor from your carpet. However there are some conditions under which additional treatment or procedures must be performed. The age and type of carpet fiber is also a factor which affects the removal of certain discolorations. Of course our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. We will expend every effort to perform necessary treatment to any variety and array of problem areas in your home. Our service in nor complete until you are satisfied with the results.
What cleaning Method do you use?
The method we use for cleaning is steam or hot water extraction. Bluesteem's steam treatment and extraction method removes the toughest soil, and the deepest dirt safely and gently.
